Frequently Asked Questions

What file types will I receive? How will I receive them?

You'll receive the following file formats:

PNG: Transparent background, supplied in black, white and one custom color if requested
EPS: Vector format, ideal for professional printing and scaling without quality loss

Need a different format? I’m happy to include SVG or AI files upon request at no extra charge.

Your digital logo files will be emailed to you — no physical items will be shipped.

Can I see a preview first? How long does it take?

We collect the following types of information when you visit our website or make a purchase:

Personal Information: This includes your name, email address, billing information, and any other details you provide when placing an order or subscribing to our newsletter.

Payment Information: We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Your credit card information and payment details are securely processed and not stored by us.

Newsletter Subscription: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you updates about new products, promotions, and other relevant information.

What if I don’t like my logo? Do you offer refunds?

If you're not happy with your logo after 3 rounds of revisions, I'm happy to offer a refund minus a $5 design fee for the time spent on your preview. Once the logo is approved and final files are sent, refunds are no longer available.

What files do I need for letterpress, stamps, etc.?

For digital use, I provide a high-resolution PNG file (2000x2000px, 300dpi, transparent background) in black. A white version on transparent background is also included.

Will my logo look like the sample?

I use premium fonts with beautiful letter variations that work well with most name combinations. You can see several examples in my listings. If you're not happy with how your name appears, I’m happy to offer a refund minus a $5 design fee.

Do you offer custom designs or invitation suites?

At this time, I only offer premade logos.

Should I use a logo template instead to save money?

As a Canva and Adobe template designer/seller, I support DIY—but your wedding logo is a lasting visual that appears across print and digital. With over 15 years of experience in typography, I create elegant, technically sound logos using premium fonts and professional design software. Your logo will not only be timeless and high quality—it’ll be formatted correctly for both print and digital use. A professional logo makes a statement of care, style and attention to detail.
